Original oil painting on deep profile wrapped canvas. I handcrafted the wood float-style frame using reclaimed oak slats used in Finger Lakes red wine production. This chipped tin toy truck hauls an unexpected delivery of fresh, vibrant flowers. When there is more than one item in my still life painting, I often chose items whose first letter is consecutive in the alphabet. In this painting, the consecutive letters are R, S, and T.
